Müller recalls batches of four products

Müller Wednesday said it is recalling some batches of Müller Fruit Corner, Müllerlight, Müller Rice and Müller Bliss Mascarpone Style Yogurt as a precautionary measure due to possible presence of small pieces of metal.

The company added that the recall is a precautionary measure, stressing that it has not detected any metal in samples from the affected batches.

“The decision follows the identification of a fault with a roller supporting belts used to transport fruit in its factory. The roller was misaligned potentially causing small pieces of metal to drop into the fruit,” it said in a statement.

Consumers are requested NOT to eat affected products. They can return them to the store where they were purchased for a refund.

No other Müller products are affected, the company added.

    The products being recalled are:
