KIND confirms launch of new protein bar flavour

This month KIND, the UK’s fastest growing healthy snack bar brand, will be bringing a brand new flavour to its successful Protein product range. Believed to be their tastiest bar yet, the Hazelnut Dark Chocolate (RRP: £2/50g bar) will be rolling out nationwide from March at retailers include WHSmith Travel, BP, Amazon, Nisa and Costcutter.

They will also be available from independents via a host of wholesalers including Simply Heavenly, DDC Foods and Tree of Life.

Hazelnut Dark Chocolate combines the delicious flavours of hazelnuts and a blend of nuts
drizzled with smooth dark chocolate for a tasty plant-based protein boost. As with the rest of the range, the new bar contains 12g of plant based protein p/50g bar.

Designed to deliver as much on taste as they do on nutrition, each bar features the nut based whole food ingredients of the brand’s core range. They are also high in fibre and contain heart healthy fats as well as being gluten free and lower in sugar.

Audrey Arbeeny, UK Marketing Director says, “We’re so excited to be adding a new variant to our trio of tasty plant based protein bars. The range has been so popular and we believe there remains to be a huge opportunity in this category here in the UK. Not only are we seeing the functional health trend continue, but people are still on the lookout for convenient products that deliver on both taste and nutritional value.

“We’re confident this new Hazelnut and Dark Chocolate flavour combination will be a hit with our customers and can’t wait to hear what they think”.
