Joe & Seph’s launches pioneering Popcorn Bar range

Joe & Seph’s, North London-based popcorn makers, has launched a premium Popcorn Bar range.

The first if its kind bars come in five flavours: Salted Caramel & Nuts, Coconut & Peanut, Chocolate & Almond, Apple & Hazelnut and Orange, Pecan & Cinnamon.

Just under 138kcals, the gluten free bars are a source of fibre and handmade in London with all-natural, kitchen cupboard ingredients.

Joseph Sopher, who founded the business in 2010 with his wife, Jackie, and sons, Adam and Paul, said he has created the new bars after many late nights experimenting in his kitchen.

“After investigating the growing snack bar category, I noticed a significant gap for a premium Popcorn Bar! So, I began experimenting and am proud to have created a Popcorn Bar that perfectly balances gourmet taste with health and on-the-go convenience,” he said.

The family of gourmet popcorn chefs has 67 Great Taste Awards in their kitty, and over 80 flavours.

The new range has an RRP £2 per 27g bar. It is available from retailers including Spar and Applegreen.
