    Actimel launches new kids range

Actimel has launched two new SKUs with Vitamin D, specifically tailored to bring immune support to kids.

Launching in time for back-to-school in two tasty flavours, Strawberry Banana and Peach, each Actimel Kids shot is a source of vitamin B6 and also contains a third of the daily reference intake of Vitamin D, which can help to support the normal functioning of the immune system in children.

Packed full of Actimel’s exclusive L.casei cultures, each bottle contains no preservatives, artificial colours or artificial flavours.

“As we continue to drive category growth through Actimel, we’re so excited to bring our expertise in immune support to our fun new Actimel Kids range to support the normal function of the immune systems of little ones across the UK & Ireland,” Sarah Dossett, marketing director at Danone Essential Dairy & Plant-based UK & Ireland commented.

“At the breakfast table or as a snack, our delicious and practical Actimel shots are packed with our exclusive L. casei cultures and a third of the daily reference intake of Vitamin D to help kids take on whatever their day throws at them, every day.”

Actimel Kids will be available in retailers nationwide by the end of the summer with a RRP of £1.50 for a 4 pack, with the roll-out already starting across certain stores. The launch will also be supported through TV, digital, in-store and sampling activations during peak back-to-school time.
