Snappy Shopper integrates Dee Bee group’s Re-Scan solution

Home delivery app Snappy Shopper has teamed up with Re-Scan, part of Dee Bee Wholesale group, a leading UK EPOS supplier.

This latest technology integration is part of Snappy Shopper’s continued efforts to aid retailer growth, by allowing them to achieve quicker deliveries and control a bigger and more relevant range. Through the power of Re-Scan’s comprehensive real-time stock checking, pricing programming and immediate sales updates, retailers will be armed with the capability to further drive basket-spend and efficiencies in-store.

According to research, the UK’s grocery delivery market is rapidly expanding – expected to reach 31.8m users by 2028 – with the increased demand for convenient and contactless shopping experiences. Tapping into this demand, Snappy Shopper will join forces with Re-Scan to help drive this growth and strengthen the usability of the Snappy Shopper app.

“Following on from similar technology partnerships and integrations, Re-Scan marks the next step on our journey to offer our customers seamless Q-commerce experiences,” Mike Callachan, co-founder and chief executive of the Snappy Group, said.

“The reduction of retailer time on admin tasks will free up hours to focus their time and efforts on running their business, delivering a better customer experience, which will help drive repeat orders and store loyalty.”

Nick Ramsden, director at Dee Bee Wholesale, said: “I’m thrilled to announce our new partnership with Snappy Shopper. It’s great to be able to offer Re-Scan users an integrated link and access to such a large household name, at the cutting edge of technology in the home delivery market.”

The partnership will be live from January 2024.
