Chicago Town highlights vegan pizzas for Veganuary

Chicago Town pizza is offering a slice of the pizza action in Veganuary with two of its Takeaway options.

The vegan pizzas – Chicago Town Sticky BBQ Jackfruit Stuffed Crust Takeaway and Vegan Tomato Stuffed Crust Takeaway Smokey Bac’n and Mushroom – are registered with the Vegan Society.

Chicago Town Sticky BBQ Jackfruit Stuffed Crust Takeaway features Chicago Town’s fresh rising Takeaway dough, topped with juicy peppers and onions, loaded with jackfruit in a sticky BBQ sauce and finished off with tasty, dairy-free mozzarella. If that wasn’t epic enough, it even comes with Chicago Town’s awesome signature tomato sauce stuffed crust!

Vegan Tomato Stuffed Crust Takeaway Smokey Bac’n and Mushroom features an indulgent sauce-filled crust that bakes for the first time in consumer’s ovens, giving it that authentic takeaway taste. It’s topped with a smoked gouda alternative and smoky vegan bacon, accompanied by red onions and mushrooms.

The Chicago Town Takeaway range features unbaked dough that makes the pizza base softer and tastier, to give it that traditional takeaway feel.
