Pimm’s launches limited-edition bottle to celebrate Queen’s Platinum Jubilee

Pimm’s has introduced a limited-edition design on their iconic Pimm’s No.1 bottle to celebrate The Queen’s Platinum Jubilee. The limited-edition bottle is available now across all major retailers, wholesale and convenience until August this year and will temporarily replace the standard Pimm’s No.1 label design.

Currently worth £28m in the off-trade, the Pimm’s brand has become synonymous with summer and the events which punctuate the British calendar, including Wimbledon, which it has been served at since 1971. The Pimm’s limited edition bottle design has excellent standout on shelf and is the perfect choice for those looking to get together over the Platinum Jubilee bank holiday weekend, taking place from 2nd – 5th June.

The limited-edition pack design has a “celebratory, fun, fresh look and feel” whilst remaining true to the iconic design that PIMM’S No.1 is known for. With a message to celebrate “Come Reign or Shine”, retailers can leverage the limited-edition bottle to get consumers excited about the Platinum Jubilee bank holiday.

“Pimm’s is an iconic British brand that has become synonymous with the great British summer,” said Kate Veale, Category Director, Pimm’s GB. “With The Queen’s Platinum Jubilee taking place in June, along with Ascot and Wimbledon, we’re looking forward to seeing people celebrating with a glass of Pimm’s at these events and all summer long. The limited-edition design is perfect for those looking for something special during the extra-long Platinum Jubilee weekend, whether they are hosting at home or having get-togethers within their local community.”
