Calling all indies: GroceryAid needs you!

    A message from GroceryAid:

On the 26th April, the annual GroceryAid Day returns and we need YOU to help us raise awareness of GroceryAid and its FREE services to all colleagues working in the grocery industry.

This year’s theme is Let’s Talk GroceryAid, and the goal is to tell as many colleagues as possible about how the charity can support them. From factory colleagues and lorry drivers, through to shop floors and head offices, we want all grocery colleagues to know that our support is 24/7, 365 days a year.

Talking to a colleague about GroceryAid can be life-changing for an individual. Last year 54 per cent of colleagues came to us for support because of word of mouth and employer referral.

    #LetsTalkGroceryAid

Last year more than 200 companies in the trade took part on the day and we reached millions of people through company engagement.

    Why get involved?

We have already experienced a 93 per cent rise in applications for financial support and a 47 per cent increase in calls to the free and confidential 24/7 Helpline since this time last year.
