Dr. Oetker launches new Rainbow Magic sprinkles

Leading home baking brand Dr. Oetker has announced the launch of a brand-new line in their ultimate sprinkle range: Rainbow Magic

The new product follows the success of other fun sprinkle products Unicorn Confetti and Glamour & Sparkle.

The brand said the new addition to the ultimate sprinkle range will be ideal for special and family baking activities thanks to its colourful and fun design. As a theme, ‘Rainbow’ is a growing trend across home baking and is proving particularly popular with family friendly bakes.

The versatile Rainbow Magic can be added to buttercream or icing just before it sets as a finishing touch to cupcakes or full-sized cakes. It can even be added onto ice cream before serving for some extra colour.

As with the other products in the range, Rainbow Magic will retail for £2.99 and will launch in Sainsburys this August, with other retail stockists set to follow later in the year.

Jen Brown, head of marketing, cake & dessert at Dr. Oetker UK, said: “The Rainbow Magic sprinkles were created for bakers who like to wow their friends. It’s a bold but fun product that can be used on a variety of cakes, bakes, and chilled desserts – so there’s massive potential for home bakers to flex their creativity. As a trend, Rainbow is on the rise, so we’re glad to be able to meet the growing demand for themed products with this latest addition to the ultimate sprinkle range.”
