    Cotswold Fayre expands into retail

Today, June 24, marks the opening of Cotswold Fayre’s new retail and restaurant enterprise, Flourish Foodhall & Kitchen.

Located between Bristol and Bath at Saltford, Flourish is home to a 2,000 square foot foodhall, an open kitchen seating 110 and an outside terrace area with a further 40 seats.

Paul Hargreaves, CEO at Cotswold Fayre says: “I am so delighted to see the culmination of two years hard work and planning come to life with the opening of the doors at Flourish.

“Right from the start, we set out to be a food retailer and kitchen with a conscience, putting people and planet at the forefront of everything we do.

“We have recruited a passionate team and a host of fantastic local suppliers, attracted by the company’s B Corp-led values and way of operating.

“We believe that the expansion into retail will enable us to become a better wholesaler to this sector, as we learn more about the intricacies of running the business and gain valuable consumer insight about product preferences and shopping habits.”
