Unitas to hold face to face trading event in Autumn

Unitas Wholesale has announced its Autumn trading event will return to face to face format for the first time since the start of the Covid-19 pandemic.

The event will take place between 29 September and 1 October at The Convention Centre, Liverpool, with a senior supplier briefing scheduled for the afternoon of the 29th.

The following two-day trading event will provide members and suppliers with an opportunity to network, share business plans, negotiate deals, and refocus business relationships that may have suffered through the challenges of the pandemic.

“As we move out of the pandemic, it is important that we continue to deliver exclusive events for our members and supplier partners that give them the opportunity to negotiate and network in a safe environment,” John Kinney, Unitas Wholesale managing director, said.

“Working with both the Supplier Council and our member committees the feedback we have received is that all stakeholders are extremely receptive to the trade event and my team and I are looking forward to welcoming them to Liverpool in September.”

Meanwhile, the organisation has postponed their overseas conference to Tenerife until September 2022 in light of keeping delegates safe, together with the uncertainty of future travel restrictions.
