Moo Free appoints choc expert non-exec director

As part of its ambitious growth strategy, Moo Free, the “dairy-dodging” chocolate brand, has appointed seasoned leadership coach and communications expert, Lindsay Wright, as a non-executive director.

Lindsay’s role will be to help steer Moo Free through its next phase of growth and development, bringing an external perspective, coaching the senior team through transformational change and supporting the sales force with effective growth strategies.

A highly qualified executive coach, Lindsay runs a training and coaching consultancy and has extensive corporate communications experience gained from ten years in the food industry at Mondelēz International and Jacobs Douwe Egberts.

“It’s an incredibly exciting time to join Moo Free, as they embark on the next stage of their ambitious plans to accelerate the company’s growth further,” said Lindsay. “The brand has already seen great success during the last few years and I am looking forward to working with the team and sharing my expertise to help meet the impressive targets Moo Free has set out to achieve.”

“Moo Free is a fast-growing family-run business that is enjoying a period of dynamic growth with our online sales up by 300 per cent this year,” commented Andrea Jessop, Moo Free CEO. “We recognised the need to bring someone on board with leadership coaching and mentoring skills to assist with commercial operations and all the new demands of a successful business. We are delighted to welcome Lindsay to the Moo Free family.”
