One Stop partners with Deliveroo to offer new delivery service

Convenience store group One Stop has partnered with Deliveroo, the UK’s fastest-growing food delivery company, to launch a new on-demand delivery service across the UK.

Following a successful trial in a small number of stores in August, One Stop is rolling out the Deliveroo service to over 200 of its company-owned stores across the UK. Customers will be able to order using the Deliveroo app and have their shopping delivered right to their door in as little as 20 minutes.

“We’re committed to making it as easy as possible for our customers to shop with us,” said Jonny McQuarrie, One Stop managing director.

“Deliveroo proved to be the perfect partner for us during trials and it feels brilliant to be offering a new service to our loyal customers and reaching new customers with our great value and quality products.”

Customers across the UK will be able to purchase a range of over 400 products, including fresh meat and cupboard essentials such as soup, pasta, toothpaste, and cleaning products. Alongside these, weekend treats like frozen pizzas, soft drinks, crisps and snacks will also be available.

Ajay Lakhwani, Vice President of New Business, Deliveroo said: “We are delighted to partner with One Stop and launch over 200 stores on Deliveroo. Our on-demand partnerships have proven vital for so many people during this difficult period and this new partnership reflects the growing customer demand for groceries and convenience items. We are excited that our customers can now enjoy One Stop’s great products.”
