    RH Amar named Best Food & Drink Company 2022

    RH Amar has been named the UK’s Best Food & Drink company to work for by the prestigious Best Companies Awards. As well as topping the Food & Drink list, RH Amar also secured a place in the UK’s Top 50 Best Mid-Size Companies To Work For and the South East’s Top 25 Best Companies To Work For lists.

    “Leading the Top 10 Food & Drink Companies To Work For 2022, as well as recognition in the regional and national Best Companies lists, is a fantastic achievement for RH Amar,” said MD Rob Amar.

    This recognition for our business is incredibly personal as it comes through the feedback of our colleagues. Our colleagues are at the very heart of what we do and it is through their passion and commitment that we can deliver the service and results that we do for our partners and customers.”

    RH Amar named Best Food & Drink Company 2022RH Amar was commended by Best Companies for donating 10 per cent of its profits each year to charity. Through this commitment, RH Amar has donated nearly £2m to 70 charities since 2013, with many of the charities chosen by RH Amar colleagues. RH Amar also offers all colleagues the opportunity to volunteer at a charity of their choice for one day each year.

    Earlier in the year, RH Amar was also awarded the prestigious 3-star Best Companies accreditation, reflecting “world class” levels of workplace engagement for the third consecutive year.

    The Best Companies accreditation program and awards are recognised as the standard in workplace engagement, recognising organisations and managers who genuinely value and respect their employees.
