    Snappy Group expands sales division with top hires

    The Snappy Group, the technology platform that connects consumers with their local businesses, has appointed Paul Adams as Group Sales Director and Alasdair Lindsay as Head of Hospitality Sales at Hungrrr, a constituent business of the Snappy Group.

    The appointments come at a significant time in the group’s development journey as it accelerates  its next phase of growth across the UK, including investments in new services for its retail and hospitality partners. The appointments of both Paul and Alasdair will be instrumental in this process.  

    Paul joins from Bestway Retail where he held the roles of Head of Sales and Development and Head of Brand. He led  on strategic development and delivery of multi-channel brand plans, including store range, environment and marketing. Paul has extensive experience in the retail sector, including as Head of Central Operations at Musgrave and General Manager at Booker Group.

    Alasdair will be heading up the sales division of Hungrrr, the platform that offers the hospitality sector affordable order  and pay technology supporting operators drive sales and improve customer engagement. The primary focus for Alasdair  will be to deliver the sales strategy, grow the brand and work with the team to engage with the sector and recruit  hospitality groups and partners to the platform.

    Alasdair has considerable experience in business development roles in  the hospitality sector, joining Snappy Group from Star Pubs and Bars, part of Heineken UK, where he managed the recruitment, operations and investment for hospitality venues.
