    Bradford store robbed at knifepoint

    Detectives have issued an appeal for witnesses following a robbery at Zak’s 2 Mini Market on Leeds Road, Bradford.

    A masked male armed with a knife entered the store at approximately 8.15am on 7 November, demanding money from the till. The shopkeeper reportedly handed over notes and coins before the offender left the store.

    The suspect is described as being a tall male, approximately 6ft, wearing a long dark green parka style coat with a green fur hood, a black hooded top with the hood up, black tracksuit bottoms, white black and grey trainers, black gloves and a white and black skull mask.

    Police added that another member of the public was also in the store at the time of the incident.

    “Enquiries remain ongoing into the incident and officers are appealing for anyone who witnessed the incident or witnessed the suspect leaving the store to come forward,” West Yorkshire Police said in the appeal.

    Anyone with information or that may have dash cam or CCTV footage is asked to contact the police by calling 101, quoting crime reference 13210573199. Information can also be given to independent charity Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
