Foxhole Spirits secures Booker listing

Foxhole Spirits has announced a major new listing with Booker via their direct delivered range available on the wholesaler’s website.

Two products from the Sussex-bassed distiller, Foxhole Gin and HYKE Gin, will be available to Booker’s customers in the convenience sector and the independent off and on-trade from today (18 February).

Launched in 2016, Foxhole Spirits specialises in creating premium spirits from otherwise unused materials.

Its latest expression HYKE, released in March 2019, is co-created with Richard Hochfeld Ltd, one of UK’s biggest fruit importers, using fresh table grapes surplus to the requirements of the supermarket supply chain.

The gin at full production has the potential to repurpose 80 percent of Richard Hochfeld’s surplus.
