    Teen boys arrested after Lincoln Spar robbery

    A shop staff was threatened with a bladed weapon during a robbery at the Spar Store in Lincoln.

    Lincolnshire Police has arrested two teenage boys, aged 12 and 15, in relation to the incident that occurred between 9:45-10pm on 2 April at the Spar Store on Brayford Wharf.

    The offenders entered the store and proceeded to take canned drinks from the shelves. When challenged by a member of the staff, one of the males produced a bladed weapon before running out of the shop.

    No injuries were reported.

    The 15-year-old remains in police custody and the 12-year-old has been released on police bail.

    Officers are appealing for witnesses to the incident.
