Scottish Grocer’s Federation has announced a new partnership with Cobbs Bakery, a Highland company specialises in traditional home-baked cakes.
Cobbs began its journey in 2002 with the aquisition of a farmhouse bakery in the Loch Ness-side village of Drumnadrochit, and now distribute throughout Scotland and the North of England.
Their range of wholesale products offer something for everyone from round cutting cakes, traybakes and muffins to shortbread, cupcakes and biscuits. Cobbs also have gluten free and vegan options.

The wide range of hand-made bakery products made by the bakers and decorators at Cobbs is sure to appeal to customers throughout the convenience sector. Cobbs wholesale Bakery is part of the Cobbs Group whose portfolio also includes hotels, restaurants, coffee houses, and gift shops.
