In honour of its long-serving vineyard manager, Marty Burnell, South Australian winery Oxford Landing Estates has launched ‘Marty’s Block’, a new premium collection of wines.

Launching in April, the new Marty’s Block collection introduces Marty Burnell, who has carefully tended the vineyard at Oxford Landing Estates for more than 35 years.

Upon learning about the collection, Marty said: “Never in my wildest dreams did I imagine that I would have the privilege to have a collection of wines named after me. It is an incredibly humbling experience to be recognised with such an honour and I am proud to work for such a great company.”

Marty’s Block is a collection of four wines that showcase classic Australian wines, as well as celebrating alternative varieties grown on the estate.

Produced and bottled entirely in South Australia and 100% vegan friendly, each Marty’s Block wine – Chardonnay, Shiraz Cabernet, Viognier and Tempranillo – has a particular significance to Marty and his time at Oxford Landing Estates and each bottle tells Marty’s story.

At its launch in April, consumers will be encouraged to ‘Have a Drink with Marty’ and get to know a real South Australian.

Oxford Landing Estates Marty’s Block are now available in UK and have a RRP of £8.99.
