Nisa has extended its ‘big night in’ promotion into February. The event was launched for January to help drive sales after Christmas for Nisa partners.
The retailer said the extension will help retailers to capitalise on the long, dark evenings and the high number of shoppers staying in at this time of the year.
“According to research from Him, two-thirds of shoppers are looking for promotions on offer for this occasion, so it is a great opportunity to help our retailers push sales,” said Philippe Rondepierre, head of marketing at Nisa.
The promotion will continue throughout Nisa’s second promotional period of the year which starts next week and runs for three weeks (21 January to 10 February) with new lines added into the event.
A key offer included in the promotion is the Big Night In for £5 deal comprising Chicago Town Stuffed Crust pizza, Heritage potato wedges and Magnum ice cream tub.
Sweet as well as savoury share bags will be incorporated into the deal with competitive prices on treats from Haribo, Swizzels, Maynards Bassetts and Rowntrees as well as Walkers snacking.
A selection of beers, ciders, ales and wine will also be available to Nisa customers.
