Camelot, the operator of the National Lottery, will introduce a new draw-based game, Set For Life, this week with a top prize of £10,000 every month for 30 years.

Attracting both experience-seekers and those looking to plan for the future, the game promises to appeal to a wide range of people, including millennials, claimed Camelot.

Retailers are urged to have the new Set For Life POS ready for when tickets go on sale Friday 15 March. The first Set For Life draw takes place on Monday 18 March.

Camelot has also announced incentives to retail partners to mark the big occasion.

Retailers stand a chance to win £1,000 a month for an entire year, simply by answering two questions before Friday 15 March. In addition, from now to 5 April, retailers can earn £10 by uploading a photo of the new Set For Life POS. Details are available here.

Duncan Malyon, retail director at Camelot, said: “Set For Life offers National Lottery players something completely new and meets a different set of consumer needs, especially among younger people. It’s a great addition to our range of games and means that we now have a portfolio that offers something for everyone.

“We think players will be really excited by Set For Life – and that’s great news for our retail partners, sales and, most importantly, returns to Good Causes.”

Along with supplying new POS to its 44,000 retailers, Camelot is supporting the launch with its new ad campaign ‘Make every month amazing’, featuring TV, Print and Social Media advertising.
