Musgrave has announced that it has agreed to acquire La Rousse Foods from Aryzta for an undisclosed sum, subject to approval by the Competition and Consumer Protection Commission.
La Rousse Foods is one of the leading operators in Ireland’s foodservice sector, specialising in the supply of fine foods to premium food establishments for over 25 years.
The company serves more than 1,500 customers from offices in Dublin and Belfast.
Musgrave intends for La Rousse Foods to continue operating as a standalone brand after the acquisition.
