JJ launches ‘Guide to Christmas’ for restaurants and homes

JJ Foodservice has launched a new digital “Guide to Christmas” highlighting key categories from roasting joints and vegan options to fish, seafood, and festive drinks.

For people keen to try something a little different, the group has included an Aussie-style BBQ Christmas concept, highlighting everything from premium steaks to burgers and beers.

“Many restaurants and pubs have invested in permanent outdoor seating during the pandemic, so why waste it?” said Chief Product Officer Sezer Ozkul.

“The extra space is a great opportunity for an outdoor eating event,” he added.

“We recommend grilling our premium ribeye steak together with black tiger king prawns for the ultimate Christmas surf and turf.”

For a more traditional Christmas, JJ is offering premium beef, lamb, and turkey roasting joints, together with a selection of vegetables and sides.

A new Frozen Halal Turkey Butterfly Breast – perfect for carveries and pubs – is available across London branches, priced from just £3.29 per kg for approximately 6kg.
