JJ Foodservice announces profit share scheme for employees

JJ Foodservice has announced a discretionary Profit-Sharing Scheme, sharing 5 per cent of net profit (before tax) in the financial year with its employees.

The scheme will run in the next financial year starting from April 2022.

“The contribution and dedication of our employees, particularly during the Covid pandemic, has been incredible,” said Joanna Floczak, hr manager at JJ Foodservice.

“We want each and every member of the JJ family to share in the company’s success and see themselves as part of our future.”

The wholesaler operates across eleven branches, offering food, drink, packaging and cleaning products to businesses and the general public, with no membership required.
