Carlsberg has announced that Ulrica Fearn will become its new Chief Financial Officer, stated recent reports.
Fearn will join the brewing giant on Jan 1 2023. She will replace Heine Dalsgaard who announced his resignation effective Dec 31.
Fearn will join Carlsberg from Norwegian energy company Equinor where she has served as CFO since 2021. Before joining Equinor, the Swedish national was Director of Group Finance at BT. Fearn began her career at Diageo, where she spent almost 20 years in various senior finance and other management roles across Europe, APAC, and the USA.
