In the event of an entrants' telephone/mobile number changing or the mobile phone being lost, stolen or damaged, or an email address becoming inaccessible during the promotion, we are not able to retrieve and amend any existing entries to a new mobile number or email address.

The competition will run from 1 December 2009 until 30 November 2010.The closing date for entries to the draw is 30th November 2010 |

The winner will be chosen at random from all valid entries on 6th December 2010 and will be notified within 28 days of the draw. |

In the event that the winner cannot be contacted, FirstAssist Insurance Services Limited reserves the right to award the prize to a reserve winner drawn at the same time. |

In the event of circumstances outside its control, FirstAssist Insurance Services Limited reserves the right to provide a similar prize of equal value. |

There will be no cash alternative to the prize. |
